Workshops

We learn a lot about how to do things and not so much about how to ... just be. In my workshops we come back to our bodies, explore our soma and find deep relaxation and peace. Even more importantly, I provide tools to find this space by ourselves.

I have noticed a need for rest in our society. We learn a lot about how to do things and not so much about how to ... just be. As a "side product" of deepdiving and teaching freediving, I invested a lot of time into the mystical depths of how a humans nerval system can learn to relax. How we can create and expand a capacity of deep comfort and security in our own body. How we can change the voices and believe systems in our mind that keep us in an altered state. Our mind can create amazing metaphors and imaginations that have brought a lot to humanity. We have as a collective managed to create a lot of beneficial things for our surviving. Unfortunately a powerful mind is just that -- a powerful mind. And somewhere along the road we have lost how to take care of it so it will work for our benefit and not against it.
 

I provide group workshops and individual sessions on request.My work includes mindset techniques, somatic work, yoga and yoga-inspired practice, breathwork and compassionate self talk and embodied visualization/manifestation. I am Yoga Alliance certified and have done many workshops in the different techniques. I have developed and used the combination of these technique for my own healing process as well as with students with good results.However: I give no guarantee for any improvement if you book a session with me, I am not a certified health professional nor do I have a certificate as a breathe work specialist, somatic teacher or psycho therapist! I do not claim to be any of these. For some of you I will be the right person to introduce these teachings and you take great benefit from it. For some of you it won't. If you are curious and feel a resonance in my style, lets try! I trust that you trust your gut ;).
