Workshops

We know a lot about how to DO things and not so much about how to ... just BE. In my workshops I provide a toolbox of strategies to help us come back to our bodies, explore and find deep relaxation and peace. 

In my journey of deep diving and teaching freediving and competition, I collected a lot of strategies and experience how to reach the mystical depths of the human nerval system, how to find deep relaxation, the magic power of surrender and the power and quirks of the mind.

Our mind can create amazing metaphors and imaginations that have brought a lot to humanity. As a collective, we have created many tools for our surviving. But a powerful mind is just that -- a powerful mind. And somewhere along the road we have forgotten how to take care of our mind for it to work for and not against our wellbeing.

We can learn to create and expand a capacity of deep comfort and security in our own body. We can learn to change the voices and believe systems in our mind.

Here is a free sample of my work. A Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a sleeping meditation, where you are lead into a deep state of relaxation. You can use it like a quick nap to revitalize after lunch for example.

Group Workshops

In my group classes we work with breathing movement, discussions, breathe hold, and education about the nerval system and mind-body connection. Tailor made to the needs of your group and event, we create a communal experience. A toolbox of strategies and the deep experiencial knowledge of how wellbeing feels are what people take home from my workshops

Yoga Nidra

My work includes mindset techniques, somatic work, yoga and yoga-inspired practice, breathwork and compassionate self talk and embodied visualization/manifestation.

 

I am Yoga Alliance certified and have done many workshops in somatic (sensed body) and breathwork. I have developed and used the combination of these technique for my own healing process as well as with my students. 

I give no guarantee for any improvement if you book a session with me, I am not a certified health professional nor do I have a certificate as a breathe work specialist, somatic teacher or psycho therapist! I do not claim to be any of these. For some, I will be the right person to introduce these teachings and you take great benefit from it. For some it won't. If you are curious and feel a resonance in my style, I am honored to connect! I trust that you trust your gut ;).
